Mixing in Stars, Ocean and Atmosphere

I shall review some general features of mixing processes in the ocean,
atmosphere and stars. The intent is to point out the universality of some
processes and thus the opportunity to learn from different fields,a
cross-fertilization process that has always been extremely beneficial to
scientific progress.
