The NASA Goddard Institute for Space Studies offers a limited number of internships opportunites to high school, undergraduate and graduate students who reside within a 50-mile radius of the institute, which is located on the Upper West Side-Morningside Heights of New York City. The application period for summer 2016 internship opportunities at GISS closed on March 1, 2016.
Interested students can apply for future internship opportunities at intern.nasa.gov. To apply for future internship opportunities at the Goddard Institute for Space Studies, students must be US citizens and currently enrolled in a formal education program of study with a minimum grade point average of 3.0.
